You season 2 can’t get here fast enough! The Lifetime-turned-Netflix Original premieres later this year, who is set to star in the upcoming season? Roll-call! Let’s have a look before you watch season 2.

Penn Badgley’s stalker-drama wasn’t a hit on its home network, Lifetime, but who needs them when you’ve got Netflix? Once the streaming giant aired all episodes of season 1, viewers were head over heels in love. Yes, with a stalker/serial killer — don’t judge us! If you’re new to the series, you’re likely confused (and also really missing out). Allow me to explain.

It’s not only Joe Goldberg’s (Badgley) handsome and smooth, albeit creepy, moves that we fell for. It’s also the story and edge-of-your-seat drama and intense moments we couldn’t get enough of. One of the many reasons the series worked so well on Netflix is that viewers can binge-watch the episodes back-to-back if they wish or take their time with it.

So when Lifetime decided to cancel the series due to poor ratings all while Netflix subscribers devoured the series, it was an easy decision for the streaming service to adopt Joe and his victims. And we’re so glad they did!

A second season is set to debut later this year. We’re not sure exactly when, but don’t worry, we’ll keep you posted on the date once we know it! In the meantime, here’s a cast round-up of everyone you’ll see when the series returns.

Before we move any further, please note spoilers may be ahead if you’re not caught up on You!

Chris D’Elia: The actor is best known for his stand-up comedy, but he did appear in a few episodes of ABC’s The Good Doctor. D’Elia will have a recurring role as Henderson, described as a “designer hoodie, black Ray-Bans, expensive sneakers-wearing famous comedian” with “a man-of-the-people” persona.

Robin Lord Taylor: Best known for his role in Gotham, Robin Lord Taylor will play Will in the upcoming second season. This character is reportedly not a fan of his day job “but is himself a thoughtful, personable, and highly intelligent guy” who marches to his own beat.

Adwin Brown: You may recognize this name from Heathers and The Fosters. Brown is taking on the role of Calvin, the manager of a high-end grocery store. Unless you’ve read the books, there’s not much known about Calvin.

Victoria Pedretti: I am particularly looking forward to seeing Pedretti take over this show. The actress, known for The Haunting of Hill House, is joining the cast of season 2 as Love Quinn, an aspiring chef! Currently, Love is working at Calvin’s grocery store and has no interest in the world of social media, something we all know Joe appreciates. Love is also “tending to a deep grief, and when she meets Joe Goldberg, she senses a shared knowledge of profound, life-changing loss.”

Charlie Barnett: Most recently, See What’s Next revealed Russian Doll star Charlie Barnett will be playing Gabe, a close friend to Love.

In the first set of photos from one of the first table reads for season 2, which you can check out here, we also see Penn Badgley front and center along with Ambyr Childers, who’ll return to play Candace.
