1. Kilgrave back from the dead

Kilgrave is the best villain we’ve seen so far in the Netflix-Marvel universe. There is something wicked and menacing about him that we haven’t seen in the other villains. Netflix confirmed Kilgrave returns in Jessica Jones season 2, but we don’t know why or how he will return.

I don’t want Kilgrave to be the focus like he was in the first season. It’d be a shame if we didn’t get to see Jessica without the Purple Man holding her back. Let Kilgrave assist Jessica in her quest into her past or allow Jessica to beat him again.

I also really enjoyed the chemistry between Ritter and David Tennant, who plays Kilgrave. It’s going to be excellent seeing them on screen together again.

How will Kilgrave return, though? I think the show has to be careful in how they allow the villain to return. As mentioned in the trailer, if Jessica was brought back from the dead, Kilgrave could be brought back to life in a similar way.

I don’t know if that’s possible, but I’m eager to find out. We’ve seen plenty of people revived in the Netflix-Marvel universe, including Elektra, Nobu, Harold Meachum and others. All those people were revived by The Hand, and I think it would have come up already if Jessica was saved in a similar way. If The Hand can bring people back from the dead, surely, others can as well.
