7. The Weeping Angels

If you’re not a fan of Doctor Who, you might not know about these absolutely creepy villains. They’re statues that can transport you places or just, you know, kill you. Your pick I guess? Basically, if you take your eyes off of them, they’ll move closer and closer to you until they get ya.

So if you had a fear of statues before, they’re probably not going to help. Because they truly remind me of those gargoyles that shouldn’t exist anywhere. In the episode Blink, they’re absolutely terrifying because they have this creepy face thing that happens.

Honestly, they’re just frightening. Not in the sense that you’d ever see them and they’d ever be real but still, the fact that you almost can’t escape from them once they have you trapped (unless you have a TARDIS of course) is really what makes us scared of them.

Basically, the Weeping Angels aren’t great. They’re creepy, they’re stone and they like to completely haunt our dreams because the fact that you can’t take your eyes off of them is really scary.

The Weeping Angels might not be scary to a lot of people but they are some terrifying monsters that are definitely worse than the Demogorgon.
